Intended Use: 

Full Automatic Nucleic Acid Extract Instrument is the latest nucleic acid extraction and purification system designed by Renji,
with model number of RJ40.

Extracting nucleic acid method is based on the magnetic bead. The magnetic bead and nucleic acid molecules are specifically identified and combined with high efficiency. The magnetic rod is used to adsorb, transfer and release the magnetic bead to realize the transfer of magnetic bead/sample and complete the operation of nucleic acid extraction and purification. Touch button, easy to operate, built-in UV lamp, effectively prevent cross-contamination between samples. 96 samples could be processed at the same time without wasting reagent. The purified nucleic
acid was extracted from respiratory tract and genital tract swabs, serum/plasma and puncture fluid, whole blood, feces, urine,amniotic fluid,
sputum, bacteria, cultured cells and viruses.
