Test principle

This kit designs specific primers and probes for highly conserved regions of aavian influenza virus H5/H7/H9 subtype (AIV-H5/H7/H9) disease virus (AIV-H5/H7/H9) genes, and contains avian influenza H5/H7/H9 in the reaction system /AIV-H5/H7/H9 gene template, the PCR reaction proceeds and a fluorescent signal is released. Use the fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument to monitor and output the signal intensity of the corresponding channel in the PCR process in real time to achieve qualitative or quantitative detection

Product use

The kit is used for qualitatively detecting the avian influenza virus H5/H7/H9 subtype nucleic acid in samples such as poultry pharynx, cloaca swab liquid, tissue, virus culture liquid or environmental swab by using a real-time fluorescent PCR method. And is suitable for detecting avian influenza virus H5/H7/H9 subtype infection. Avian influenza virus (AIV) is influenza a virus. Avian influenza viruses belong to the orthomyxoviridae of RNA viruses.
