Porcine ParvoVirus Virus (PPV) Real Time PCR Kitis used for the detection of Porcine ParvoVirus Virus by using real time PCR systems. Parvovirus is the common name applied to all the viruses in the Parvoviridae taxonomic family, although it can also be used specifically for members of one of the two Parvoviridae subfamilies, the Parvovirinae, which infect vertebrate hosts. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Porcine ParvoVirus Virus. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
